Return Policy

RETURN POLICY FOR TIRES SHIPPED TO YOU! 

Deal On Tire wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will provide you with a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. 

All returns are subject to inspection by a Deal On Tires returns specialist and are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The only unused product that has not been driven on and is not damaged is eligible for return. 

YOU MUST CALL TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR RETURN (602) 800-9194 

  • The name the merchandise was purchased under must be written clearly on the Package/Label. 
  • Tires must not be driven on (used).
  • We will not accept tires that have been used and/or mounted. 
  • We will not accept tires that have been damaged by the buyer. 
  • All merchandise must be properly packaged.  
  • Please do not ship via the U.S. Postal Service. 
  • For your protection, it is recommended that the merchandise be insured during shipping.
  • Please make sure the return address is clearly written on the package and the label. 

WARRANTY 

Tires- All tires have a Manufacturer’s Warranty for 1 year to ___ miles (the amount of miles varies from brand to brand). 

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS 

  • No returns and cancellations with/on any special order.   
  • A cancellation fee of 25% is charged if using financing.  
  • For order cancellations, please contact us within 3 hours the order was placed. We will cancel the order and issue a full refund 
  • No cancellations on the tire that have already been shipped.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost in all cases except for:  
    • The wrong merchandise is shipped. 
    • The merchandise is damaged during shipping. 
    • The merchandise is defective.
    • Buyer will be billed the shipping charges for refused deliveries.

FREE RETURNS ELIGIBILITY 

  • Items damaged in transit.
  • Please notify us and send these photos within 24 hours of delivery (delivered date as shown on the tracking number).
  • We will not accept returns nor issue refunds for items damaged in transit if you have not notified us within 24 hours of delivery, so please check your package thoroughly as soon as it is delivered.
  • Received an incorrect item.
  • Notify us immediately if you received an item whose manufacturer label does not match the description found on your invoice.
  • The merchandise is defective. 

The refund amount will be calculated as follows: 

TIRES: Credit less all freight charges. (Shipping cost, and return shipping cost) 

FULL CREDIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED DUE TO IMPROPER PACKAGING 

If the packages are not treated gently during shipment and without the proper packaging, the products can become damaged. It is the customers’ responsibility to make sure the tires are protected. Under no circumstance will Deal On Tires accept a return of a product that is damaged due to the negligence of the customer. Remember, the products are still your property until Deal On Tires receives them back.
